ORDERS at IVYDESIGN
1. Placement of Order
Prices, shipping fees and other important information are displayed throughout the ordering process. The order is valid only if a complete and accurate form is submitted. If any information provided is unclear we will contact you before accepting your order.
Once an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming your order details. Please review all information submitted.
Payments will be processed in Euros and can be done by Paypal, credit card or bank transfer. We accept credit card payments on the Paypal website. Therefore no special Paypal account is necessary. Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This ensures that your personal information is protected and cannot be read by others.
Payments can also be done via bank transfer. Our bank details are shown as options in the payment process. Once your order has been accepted we will start preparing your order for dispatch. Your order will leave our warehouse after payment confirmation. Ordered products remain the property of IvyDesign until full payment is obtained.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are based on destination: EU-Destinations or Oversea Destinations. Parcels are shipped to the address specified by the customer. If the information provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete or unclear the customer shall bear all additional costs arising hence.
Delivery of available products normally takes place within 1-2 weeks after receipt of the order. Custom orders take more time (no longer than 4-6 weeks). We will contact you to send you information about delivery.
Before we ship your order you will receive a tracking number.
4. Canceling an Order and Return of Products
You may revoke your order by returning the product on your own costs without giving reasons within two weeks upon receipt of the product. We will only accept products that are unused and in the original packaging and are sent to the address we send you in case of a return shipping.
If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund after we receive the products. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered and an appropriate part of the payment will be retained due to this impairment. This also applies if any accessories or other parts are missing.
To revoke you have to send us a revoke declaration by email or mail (email: firstname.lastname@example.org). You can download the revoke form and send us the filled in revoke form. We will immediately send you a confirmation upon entry of your revoke form.
Subject to postage for return shipping are clients ( from EU-destinations 160€ maximum, from Oversea-destinations 380€ maximum)

5. Warranty policy
IvyDesign products are designed to the highest standards of quality and durability. We are absoluetely convinced of our products quality. If there is damage caused by proper use of the furniture we will reach a customer-friendly solution. The limitation period for asserting warranty claims is two years. In the case of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace. In the case of certain minor defects we are entitled to give priority to repair these defects.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your furniture, please contact us. We will do our best to find an acceptable solution for you.

Or products will be shipped already assembled. The clients is responsable for professional mounting with the help of our online Manuals (online: www.ivydesign-furniture.com). For mounting and assembling our IvyDesign products it can be necessary to ask help from a qualified crafts enterprise. Before mounting of IvyDesign products verify to choose a stable wall and appropriate anchor bolts. It is the clients responsability to care about suitable walls and professional mounting.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euros incl. VAT.
Exceptions apply to Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union: Customers with a shipping address outside the EU are not subject to sales tax (VAT). Should your shipment be subject to export or import taxes, these are covered at the expense of the customer.
The customer is responsible for payment of national sales taxes and other fees.

9. General Terms and Conditions
The following general terms and conditions are applicable to business relationships only in the version valid at the time an order is placed. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. All mentioned terms and conditions form part of the contract and are accepted by the customer.
Your personal information is only used when necessary to process your order correctly. We promise not to provide your personal information under no circumstances to any other person, business or institution that is not involved in the ordering process.
Your payment information will be encrypted and transmitted to our payment processor by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This ensures that others cannot access your personal information.
11. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
Invoices are payable and actionable only in Austria.
